I can't read much of it, but it sounds pretty stupid.
Can't believe I didn't think of that. Anyway, those ideas still look pretty stupid.
The Dragon World Map by Nostal/Treevax, enjoy everyone!

It definitely is. He's not really thinking of the amount of space and time creating two completely different gameplay styles in even a normal development period would take. It's naive and incredibly stupid. The worst thing is he is the guy who gets to meet the developers face to face a few times a year. I don't know what makes him think that DBZ (and GT) characters would be less 'optimised' for 2D Marvel style combat than DB characters, the amount of flash that game has would make it great for both; if anything is to be less, it's DB. And I don't know what he thinks is great about using UT's super and ultimate system, it just goes and limits the amount of depth the game can have.
Edit: I'd also guess there'd be balance issues if the DB characters are better than the others in the 2D mode, which is funny and ridiculous since they aren't anywhere near as strong as anyone in Z onwards. It's also an unnecessary suggestion to begin with.

One would also have to think just how many characters would be able to be played in the 2D gameplay system, then figure out whom has the most advantageous moveset.
There's this video right here that mentions Treevax, and some news for the supposed 2012 Dbz game release, which isn't Kinect.
Ok now Nostal has released yet another page regarding on what gameplay features should/should not be kept:
My personal opinion is that i find guarding and doing specific things with R1 very good, i do not like his opinion on it at all!
Yeah, where did he get "R1+Triangle/X/Square" being too slow to do on reaction from? Also, I don't like his UT analysis, the whole gameplay system of that game is messed up probably beyond repair.
