The track in this video has been present in many other videos and is even a track for battle too.
I remember in Raging Blast the them Progression had an instrumental that was the first track for the soundtrack and Battle of Omega had an instrumental too.
It's most likely a big but maybe not complete part of the theme song and without the vocals.
I'm not sure this is the theme song. It's just the menu song. RB2 had a looping theme for the menu in the game, but had battle of omega for the official theme. So did RB.

Lol, you're joking, there's no way that that'd be the theme song. It has to be waay more badass than that man. And it's unlikely as it is, seeing as they shown it to us already. It's definitely an in-game soundtrack though.
I've never heard of the menu theme being in battle and this track has been proven to be in-battle.

You know I actually didn't listen to the song, ^^ I just guessed because I have that one song (one of the first one's we were shown) stuck in my head, even now.

This will most likely not be in the game if Raging Blast and Raging Blast 2 are any indication.
It actually doesn't sound to me like a soundtrack that would get into the game. It's got that tempo that's to get you excited, just for a trailer or something. I think it was a good soundtrack for that first trailer.
Here's hoping the trailer for the character creation is one of the selectable choices. Though I'd prefer orchestral music so I could add to some epic occasions.
