.... Ohhhh, they made the game not the film. Phew *whipes forehead*, Well, that must have been the cheapest game in all of production in DBZ history. They took their shin budoakai or whatever budokai system and copy/pasted, then made some ridiculous story mode (I hear), and basically make a **** game. Unforutnately (well forutnately in another sense) I believe that game sold horribly. Or so I guess. I mean who would have actually bought the crap. I never even knew there was a game for it untill I came to this site.
Anywayy, does anyone know who actually made the film? I really want to know want talentless studio made this trash.
Fox made this garbage using people who knew nothing about the series at all. The only reason I would watch this movie is for Emmy Rossum, and Who ever plays Chi chi cause they make my eyes happy... Justin chatwin however is why I get headaches at the same time...."I dont think I can do this, I just want to be normal..." Was that even said in dragonball? Gohan didnt even say that.
The old Dragonball Live movie was WAY better then this. I mean this is just hilarious. I dont know if Roshi did this in the anime, but he should have!

If I were Dimps, I would refuse to make this game. It would definitely ruin their reputation. You know, this was Dimps' last game wasn't it? And Dimps' lost the rights to make the games I read somewhere, because of this game maybe? Because it sold herondously? Does anyone here know why they lost the rights?

That is from an older attempt at making DB come to life, to today's standards, its a fail but looking deeply it had somethings that actually make it notable, this movie has the roshi down (just needs a beard) However... after relooking at this, I cant tell which is worse...That roshi clip was from "Dragonball Magic begins." (I think)
This AT LEAST has the humour style of DB in it, Evolution tried to Americanize it rather then imulate it... angsty goku not fitting in because hes a "freak" hot popular girl he wants but cant get cause bigger jocks are in his way, girl finds main boy more attractive then the muscle heads because hes more innocent... it always the same with American youth movies.
This is a korean version of the movie. It has A LOT of unrecognizable WTF moments. Its like they call it dragonball but make their own story anyway. Like WTF is this? Why doesn't anyone actually use the source material? This looks more like a power rangers movie... arguably WORSE then evolution storywise.

Dragon ball the Magic Begins is a "Chinese" live action movie, and it's actually pretty darn good, it brought a tear to me. "Dragonball Ssawora son o Gong. Igeyora son o Gong" is a "Korean" live action movie that was much MUCH more closer to the manga than any of the above movies ever were.
Are we talking about the one with the blue monster and transexual lady?
Yep, that's the Chinese one! The one movie with the real-life Oolong and Pool is the Korean one i believe. Which is this one, though i could be entirely wrong by the languages.
