Cool Are you a 2-D, 3-D, or both?

The reason I made this topic because of these two people(lordtico and Saiyan-jin) hating on the Tenkachi series with their pro Budokai vidoes. That makes me wonder if people here have the same style like they do.

So are you a 2-D fighter(Budokai, MK, Street Fighter), a 3-D person (BT series, some Naruto games, DMC series) or both?

As for me, I do both, but I actually like the Tenkaichi series a little more. The ONLY 2-D games I play are Blazblue, Budokai series(excluding 1 and Infinite World), MvC3, and Soul Calibur.
I can troll WHOEVER THE HELL I WANT!! *evil laugh*

3D when it comes to Dragonball. 2D for everything else.

Lol, that question is kinda dumb, there are no 3D fighting games, DBZ and Naruto are not real fighters and DMC is hack n slash.

I thought you meant 3D as in Budokai or Tekken.
Also I'd rather 3D for my DBZ games thank you.

In this fandom we have different jargon. 3D means over-the-shoulder and 2D means anything slightly traditional (both 2D and 3D to fighting gamers)

Oye Spyky, I hope you realize that DBZ & Naruto are classed as fighters because their source material revolves mostly around fighting. Simulating an action series = action games.

Both, but I slightly prefer 3D.

This, but I really like Smash and I think it's the best 2D fighter.

Hmm ok I can't take it seriously as a fighter, because it's doesn't really play like a fighting game but sure.

I don't care which angle a fighter is done on, it's just how their done as Project said, Urban Reign is an example of a good 3D over the shoulder fighter, I can't say how deep it is, but Tekken creators made it. Simulators are Shooters/RTS/Action/Sandbox games.
