After his own saga, he shows up to look cool, then gets trounced by the bad guys, usually only getting a henchman along the way.
Vegeta vs Dodoria, he wins to show how strong he is.
Vegeta vs Zarbon he gets trounced.
Vegeta vs Zarbon 2, he trounces back.
Vegeta vs Ginyu Force, he trounces Guldo and Jeice, but gets annihilated by Recoome, the supposedly 2nd Strongest member.
Vegeta vs Frieza.Â* He gets annihilated.
Vegeta vs Android 19.Â* He destroys 19, though it looked like any saiyan could have, reallyÂ* But its to show how strong he is as a Super.
Vegeta vs Android 18.Â* He gets one shotted.

1) Make dramatic Entrance to kill a henchman to show how tough he is.
2) Get one shotted by the boss.

I honestly don't see why you hate Vegeta in the original game, when Kid Buu, Gogeta, Vegito, Goku and SSJ2 Gohan clearly outclassed him.

I encountered a Vegeta earlier today who was trying to spam.
He kept trying Double Galic Gun but I kept blocking so he tried to spam final flash but I deflected every single one. So then he tried to spam Raging Soul. At this point I got tired of toying around and killed him with an explosive wave...
