"Dragon Ball" Series Characters' Voices:

Android #13's voice should change when he transforms into Super Android #13 (has deeper monstrous redneck accent voice).

Bojack should have a deeper voice like he did in "Dragon Ball Z Movie #9: Bojack Unbound."

Cell's voice should change along with his forms.

Duncan Brannan was the FUNimation Dub voice of Babidi and would be preferred to reprise the role rather than Bill Townsley.

Fourth Form Cooler shouldn't really have a machine voice, and Final Form Cooler should have deeper voice.

Kara Edwards does the FUNimation Dub voice of Kid Uub and Laura Bailey does the FUNimation Dub voice of Vegeta Jr., because they're little kids. Actresses and sometimes little boy kid actors in all language dubs will always voice a male characters' baby, toddler, and little kid form forever and they will always have kid voices and talk like kids forever.

Michael Marco was the FUNimation Dub voice of Captain Salza and would be preferred to reprise the role rather than Christopher R. Sabat.

Second Form Frieza and Third Form Frieza should have the deep voice that FUNimation used to digitally alter Linda Young's Frieza voice.

Cooler's Armored Squadron change the Cooler Force

Cymbal, Drum, Piccolo Jr., Tambourine, and Ukulele should have pre-battle quotes when Piccolo Jr. is battling his brothers and his brothers are battling him.

Fix Captain Salza's kicks, punches, and Salza Blade Rush, because he never did any of the Ginyu Force's signature kicks, moves, and punches in "Dragon Ball Z Movie #5: Cooler's Revenge." Have that the same for Doore and Neiz.

Have Cymbal, Drum, Piano, and Tambourine call King Piccolo dad and father, because they are his sons.

Have Frieza Soldier be played more than once.

Have Namek change to Namekian for the characters saying Namekian for the name of the alien race and language, Powered-Up Namekian that Lord Slug and Piccolo Jr. are, because they're very strong, the nickname "The Namekian" Piccolo Jr. calls himself to hide his true identity after fusing with his uncle Kami, and the Potara item from the "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi" video games known as Namekian Power.

Have the Cooler Force refer to themselves as the Cooler Force.

Have the Cooler Force say "Feel the power of the Cooler Force." (Captain Salza, Doore, Neiz).

Janempa should be called Janempa by all of the "Dragon Ball" series characters that know his name, including the narrator and the subtitles in the English version saying Janempa.

Kid Uub is much better portrayed having a cute triangular nose.

King Piccolo's scleras have to be white when he's a young adult Namekian. Only elderly Namekians and Tambourine (who's the only young adult Namekian to have yellow scleras) have yellow scleras, while the baby, toddler, little kid, teenager, and young adult Namekians have white scleras.

Nappa should have his scouter back on his default costume.

Old Lord Slug's scleras have to be yellow and he must have dull-orange patches on his arms, as this is the way elderly Namekians always look.

Piccolo Jr. should be called Piccolo Jr. by all of the "Dragon Ball" series characters that know his name, including the narrator, Piccolo Jr. calling himself Piccolo Jr., and the subtitles in the English version saying Piccolo Jr.

Piccolo Jr. should have his cape and turban on as his default costume, while Piccolo Jr. with cape and turban off should be one of his alternate costumes.

Super Buu, Super Buu (Gotenks Absorbed), Super Buu (Piccolo Jr.'s Clone Absorbed), Super Buu (Ultimate Gohan Absorbed), Buff Buu, and Kid Buu should be transformations for Evil Buu.

Tambourine's scleras have to be yellow and his tongue should be purple, because he's the only young adult Namekian with yellow scleras and Namekians' tongues are always purple. As should be Cymbal and Drum's tongues (purple too).

The announcers saying the "Dragon Ball" series characters' names before a tournament match starts and after a tournament match ends as the previous "Dragon Ball" fighting video games have been.

And finally, the giant "Dragon Ball" series characters have to be the same height and size as they were in the "Dragon Ball" series so their big hands can cover up the regular-sized "Dragon Ball" series characters' whole body except their heads.

There is no Budokai Tenkaichi 4.

They're busy with the Raging Blast series as you will probably know. It is the spiritual successor of Tenkaichi. So no, I don't think we will see a Tenkaichi 4 anytime soon.
