I think the official tier list was just based on stats. A true tie list would take a few months to make.

BT3's more restricted if anything, you have characters like Babadi and Gero who have 3 flying kicks, that's restrictive. A character's combo potential in BT3 is determined by what 4 smash attacks...
How RB2 does combos is good enough.
But BT3 had a very samey method of doing combos.
The only bad parts of IW are that it's hollow in terms of modes. The gameplay however kicks the crap out of Budokai 3's.
It's like the Spirit Bomb but with Saiyans, idk.
I've dealt with it, it's really not hard.
But those things are part of the game and you should learn how to deal with it.
They already kinda did that by making the vanish window for supers huge. Though being able to hit them out of supers would be a plus.
More like the AI's kinda spammy.
He's not suggesting the option to make the AI more challenging, he's suggesting to handicap them by limiting what they can do.
It's single player, who cares?
Go to practice mode, turn on the AI and turn off health and ki regen.
There's a reason why it's only for practice mode, it limits the gameplay.
RB1 and RB2 have AI fighting style items.
So you want to be able to program the AI?
So is the AI really terrible?
But everyone else?
RB2 has good AI.
They don't have Max Computer though so they're not quite good enough. I always wanted them to be customizeable.
That message just seemed to suggest early info.
Hardly, the characters look like they're made out of foam or something.
CC2, talented?
This isn't much different from how UT was handled.
Still doesn't change that it wasn't until May that we were shown stuff. For the other games, the announcement was usually in the form of a scan or screenshots.
