nowadays we seem to be tryin out a few rpg so imma take my best shot at one.
this rpg will start off after shin budokai anotherÂ*roadÂ*in which future trunks defeats the evil Majin BUU. since its in the future trunks timeline dat means there isnt any dragonballs and we must start from fresh, meaning that theres need of a guardian, new Z warriors n villains if u want to b a villain of course lol. this isnt a good/bad guy type thing if not more of a skill Based RPG. we know the main rules of RPeing and i knowÂ*i dont have to repost the rules stated by Shenron. anybody who goes against the rules will be booted off the RPG just so its clear. besides the regular rule i would like to ask those who would be joinin to give details about techniques their characters will have or any such transformations with a turn base style. if u got to the goku corner forum ull see a post made by me khriztian explaining this. but for those who feel lazy heres the gist:

Power leve to begin with:200 (lets start off low so it can be entertaining)

techniques: Kamehameha:takes damage, no side effects (explain damage by points which will refer to ki reduction until zero.) so this technique example takes: 50 ki points if vegeta has 300, den 300-50 is equal to 250. this is a perfect example of damage
Solar flare: blinds enemy Effect:opponent cant attack directly forÂ*3 turns
Spirit bomb: 3 turns to charge, 1 to execute. effect: while charging character is completely open to attacks,meanin that they can also die or get knockout in the process, after execution theres no way to avoid the attack of such magnitude(if we're talkin bout a massive spirit bomb of course). ;p

Rivals: Vegeta, Anybody thats strong
Allies: those who fight for good
transformations: kaioken(explain the transformation ex: kaioken makes goku all around stronger for 5 turns, due to the strain after using such technique goku is imobolized for the next turn, meanin he cant attack but can defend.) something like that. while transformed of course ur attacks are stronger than before, but u must know that the whole battle u wont be transformed. u have an advantage for a period of time, its up to u to know how to use those turn wisely. thats the base of a good RPGeist.
damage Legend:
punch:10 damage points
Kick:10
haymakers or smash attack: 20 damage points, if a player misses it leaves them open to an attack that is if they dont have an avoiding technique to counter the other person RP.
Combos: this will be tricky dependin on what type of combos we're talkin about. if its a haymaker combo then it would take more damage than a flurry combo. basic science: if i hit u wit 5 hard punches while knockin u through everything itll be more painful then hittin u witÂ*a combination of 30 punches and kicks that are lighter. basically haymaker combos:40(if ur just sockin him and +2 if u knock him or her through something) flurry combo:while opponent guarding 25, if opponent wide open 50, finishing it with a sweet hay maker will addÂ*2 more points
ki attack: 30 reduces ki point by 10
while battling eventually somebody is going to get hit. depending on the type of blow landed and the rp skill of the person they'll take damage. u cantÂ*keep avoiding techniques twice in a rowÂ*or more datll make the battle go on forever n ever n this is more about skills than anything. some techniques like the after image or doppleganger are excepts to this ruling due to the fact that they are techs made to avoid oncoming damage.
ex: whilee goku and vegeta battled on the mountain side vegeta avoided goku's side kick and dual handed smashed him into a pillar:
u open a a parenthesis (type in the damage the character received: 20 in diz case, n remind the opponent his ki level after the damage. sort of a yugioh type thing)
the story will unfold as soon as we pick out a guardian and have everything set up. since Trunks is alive in diz RPG, eventually the original cast will makeÂ* guest appearances. (a treat for those who like originality lol)
another thing: as a guardian u'll have to be ready to defend ur post. those who aspire to be guardians can fight for the honor of takin up chief in command of the dragonballs, meaning that if ex: im da guardian n SHINO decides he wants to be the guardian he has the right to challenge me or attack me at any given minute. that goes for anybody, whoeva is the guardian puts certain rules on the dragonballs, like gettin only one wish n they have to pick from the guardians option: like this:
DUMMY summoned the dragon, since SHino is the guardian he gives him these options:
1. more ki
2. more attack power(meaning +5 on everything)
3. a lil of both: +2 on ki n attack
4. technique add on(diz will give the opportunity to make ur character have another technique besides the ones he starts with)
there will be five different planets by which you the character will decide to be on. u can travel across the planets to find opponents or search for the dragonballs. each planet has a set of dragonballs meaning there will be 5 Guardians, (something taken off the original DBZ line, namek has his own guardian, earth does also.) the planets will be earth,namek,yardrat,IKeAN, osmose. so for those who aspire to b guardians ya have a choice of pickin a planet. those who dont get chosen still have the elective of challenging the guardian, but of course challengin them right of the bat wouldnt make any sense since they start off with much higher ki then u. train and then challenge understood? lol
characters on each planet will b suited with a Dragon radar and a chance to search for the dragonballs. while searchin ull meet allies and rival,friends n foes, n datz how things will kick off. u can form teams and battles will be held equally. meanin 1vs1 or 2vs2, no mismatch unless ur really certain u can beat 2 people at once lol.
each race has his or her own special abilities remember dat: saiyans for example get stronger wen theyre close to death, nameks can regenerate n some can heal.

Saiyan:loves to fight, not a good tracker(meaning he cant sense ki that well) gets +2 from each fight whether win or lose near death battles will double amount earned
nameks:peace lover, good tracker(good at sensing kis) regenerative abilities(healin etc) if healin ability used it reduces KI points. +2 if battle is won.
Eathling: does wat he must: Excellent at sensing ki, item help(herbs and senzu beand for healing or weapons to help in battle, etc) +2 if battle won
any other made up species any person wants to throw in explain the species and reward of battle(no more than +2 in this case)

AN AVOIDIN TECH LIKE DOPPLEGANGER WILL TAKE 10 KI POINTS AS THE SAME OF AN AFTER IMAGE. ANY ADVANCED AVOIDING TECHNIQUES LIKE INSTANT TRANSMISSION WILL BE 15.
we start low so we wont have people talkin about how one person is cheating or doing the same thing over and over. its about skill in writing. we've all RPeid naruto style this is almost the same. turn wise and decision wise. u go up the levels and powers as we progress. more details to come for now dats all.
