It's tough to say....Mac-Venom could just eat Joker easy,but Joker would have an ace or two up his sleeve.

Batman definitly beats Spidey in the Hand-to-Hand Combat department,but Spidey's got his Spier-Sense.

In a straight fight yes. Spidey could punch a hole through Batman's chest if he wanted to.

If Bats had like a day to prepare for the fight then yes he would win, but man-to-man Spidey just outclasses him.

So let's assume that Batman can fight evenly with Spidey for a bit. Venom could and would rip Joker to pieces, and then go assist Spidey in beating Batman.

IÂ*was actually talking about Bats(forget about Joker,he's a goner),and plus any type of loud sound could knock out Venom,and you don't need the strength of 10 tons just to lift 2 steel poles as thin as those.

I know it doesn't take super strength to lift tow steel poles. It takes super strength to hit them together hard enough to produce a loud enough sound. And I may be incorrect here, but I thought that Venom in the comics universe was weak against sonics not loud sounds.Â*

Yeah, but usually through extreme luck, or help from other heroes. I can't ,off the top of my head, remember a single time he's beat Carnage man-to-man.

The only guy I know who could go toe-to-toe and survive against Carnage(mostly) was Venom.

Spidey usually needed help from another Hero to beat Carnage.Â*
