Should I buy a wii card and buy it off that market thing or should I get it off ebay or something.If I bought it off ebay I would get the box too.

The game isn't sold over the WiiWare service. It's a retail only game. So you can go with eBay. Best Buy has it pretty cheap as you've seen. Just avoid GameStop. Some stores still sell it at full price.
