Budokai tournament?

Truth be told, I dont own a ds(yet), but I was wondering if anyone knows of an online tournament mode for those using nintendo wi-fi connection, allowing 16 people to fight.

So far only co-op is confirmed for story fights. I'm not sure if a versus mode was put in.
