~Unoffical~ Dragonball Raging Blast 3 - What If Characters *Guesses*

This is the thread to post to what if characters you think have the best chance of being in the game. Please be serious though.
1. SSj3 Future Trunks (DB Heroes) - he looks awesome in my opinion.
2. SSj1 Bardock - Who doesn't want him...seriously...
3. SSj4 Vegito (to pair against Gogeta if GT characters are in)
4. SSj3 Gohan (Teen) - IDK why a lot of people and I want him, it just looks cool XD
5. SSj3 Gohan (Adult) - I would have like'd this better then Mystic/Ultimate.
6. LSSj4 Broly - The first (without GT) had SSj3, now with GT possibly coming, he has this chance. Also, I'd like to see a Super Buffed SSj4 XD
Those are some of my guesses.

SSJ3 Teen Gohan (I'm not kidding, if SSJ3 Trunks is in the game and there's another what-if, Teen Gohan seems to be the most logical choice)
SSJ3 Adult Gohan (Less likely than Teen Gohan I think but still possible)
SSJ Bardock (for obvious reasons)
SSJ4 Broly (just so there is another SSJ4, and GT has a what-if for once too. I'm sure many people in the West will like that)

Yes, in your opinion. And in my opinion as well. But that doesn't really matter in the big scheme of things. SSJ4 sells, Broly sells, SSJ4 Broly logically would sell too.

I don't see your problem. It isn't that unlikely that we will see what-ifs in Raging Blast 3 so we might as well try and guess who would likely be added if there are what-ifs. There isn't much to talk about anyway, it's still a month away from the reveal of 1 or more Dragon Ball games.

but it shouldn't mess up the original story of Dragonball

Majin piccolo, i doubt that he makes it in RB3
but he would be my favorite what if

i guess we will see ssj3 trunks
cuz of this "DBZ Heroes"

it was the same with ssj3 broly and vegeta
you see them before in "Dragon Battlers"

I wouldn't go as far as saying SSJ3 Trunks is messing up the original story.
Is it ridiculous? Does his existence contradict the series? I personally think so.

But you have to remember this is still a game. The game and/or OVAs won't suddenly canonize (if that's even a word) these characters. They are meant for fun, for fanservice, nothing to take serious. Of course some people will take them very seriously, say stuff like "AF is real!" or "AF will become reality soon!" and I do think that can be a bit annoying, but aside from that I don't think it will harm the series in any way, if that's what you mean.

I know it's kind of ironic in a way. But new content doesn't have to be what-if characters. I'd personally prefer a new take on story mode or new, never seen before stages or new, spectacular combos over what-if characters.

I've been hearing a lot of Majin Piccolo??? But why not just add an accessory like the halo, but for the majin symbol. Then there's a Majin Everyone! XD

I would like that. Another reason why character customization in some form is a great idea.

But to be honest, it wouldn't really feel the same. If Majin Piccolo would be a seperate characters, he'd get new moves, new dialogue, new melee animations and all that so he'd feel more like a what-if character than just Piccolo with the Majin symbol slapped on him.

Still a supporter of your idea though. Seems the most flexible.

From what I heard, the whole Majin Piccolo thing is a rumor that has no evidence to back it up. As for the whole Majin Symbol being an accessory, it wouldn't work as a substitute for Majin Piccolo. Think about if they did that to Vegeta, he wouldn't be the same since Majin Vegeta had a different melee "style" and different dialogue, the same if they made Scouter Vegeta, or (dare I say) GT Trunks an alt (for Future Trunks). As a different character, they have a different personality. I would imagine Majin Piccolo to be a more aggressive and brutal version similarly to how Majin Vegeta is compared to Vegeta (post Saiyan/Frieza Saga).

They wouldn't be evil though or acknowlage they even have it. Atleast Budokai 2 wrote it onto Freeza/Cell and made them fully concious of it.

There have been no announcements with regard to the continuation of the raging blast series.

So next month you should have your answer.
