This is also what i wrote for that survey by the way
I didn't like that we got less characters and the Super Saiyan 3 thing with Broly i EXPECTED more costumes and newer charcters (EG Bojack Costume Future Trunks WITH SWORD) Z Sword Gohan, SSJ BARDOCK, and I wanted The story mode to be MUCH LONGER i want to see every single battle from every single saga WITH EVERY SING CHARACTER. I want to SEE ALL OF DRAGONBALL EVEN GT. I want to see every COSTUME shown in the series. I want the controls to go back to being normal Tenkaichi controls. I also want 2 game engines in one one tenkaichi and one like the original budokai's so you can choose on another disc. This would be the DIFINATIVE DBZ GAME. I want to see every MOVE and more Please I'm tired of seeing let downs I WANT TO SE SOMETHING AWESOME THAT WOULD MAKE DBZ GAMES ONE OF THE BEST GAMES EVER CREATED. Make the areas even bigger I want to see ALL THE GIANT CHARACTERS shown in DBZ I want to see ALL The battles in GT and all the characters make the Tenkaichi series better you're loosing fnas because youre continuiously bring some but not all that can be done we want a DBZ game that has every thing in every series. Costumes, Story, What if's, Attacks, Dialouge, Music. That is also another thing i stress add More soundtracks Like all the American Bruce Faulconer Tracks,ALL The Japanese tracks All the Game track everything all in one bundle. I want to see even more of GT and the Original dragonball Make more AREAS ESPECIALLY some like Inside buildings. Show us the TRUE definiative DBZ Game and not just a slowly Progressing line of games, WE WANT TO SEE IT ALL NOT SOME ALL. I speak for every Dragonball Fan and we want you to make the games better than just adding a few new moves and what if's. DON'T HOLD BACK ANYMORE for the happiness of your fans we want to see this thing FINALIZED. This would be one of the greatest game achivements ever like The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time. Post this on the front of the site i bet everyone ON THIS SITE SHALL AGREE WITHÂ* ME. I hope you take all of this advice that i put my Heart and soul into and make this dream a reality.

And this is coming from the mouth of a 22-year old btw :). Maybe Iforgot some parts of this in the survey, but it's more an in-depthexplanation. Please, people, 1 big ass request, do NOT quote this post!
1. Adding Certain Characters (canon)
Aboutagain, Some characters which were pretty important in the story-linedidn't made the cut. I think it's safe to assume everybody was missingUltimate Gohan. Now, I don't know the exact reason of why you removedhim in the first place, but we also miss him. Or at least make acostume similair to Ultimate Gohan. Another few characters we weremissing who also were pretty important were Saibamen, Cui, King Cold,Mecha Frieza, Hercule, Great Saiyamen/Great Saiyawomen, Supreme Kai,Babidi (but please not make him like his BT3-counterpart, at least theKI stunning thing), Dabura, Evil Buu (the one Majin Buu spit out) andmaybe as a descent but always overlooked Piccolo Buu (where Gotenksinside his body ended the fusion). Then the movie characters Garlic Jr,Dr. Wheelo, Turles, Lord Slug, Cooler, Andriod 13, Bojack and Janemba.Pretty much every one of those had at least a few henchmen or partnersit exceeded. Also, if you are going for "giant" characters, Hirudegarnand Great Apes should not be missed (especially Vegeta Scouter and KidGohan).
2. Adding Certain Characters (what-if)
Pretty much a difficult list, but why stop with Brolly and Vegeta SSJ3?There are way more people would like to see. One of the things I'm moreinterested about is a "Super Buu (Vegito Absorbed)" for instance. For awhat-if as Vegito technically got absorbed, but escaped the negativeinfluence. But what if Vegito didn't, then we got a really powerfullSuper Buu walking around here. Another one is the all-famous SuperSaiyan Bardock. As I've seen most fans are dying with anxiety of seeingBardock become a Super Saiyan. Again, I will continue, Certain fusionswere left out as well, such as Tiencha (Tien and Yamcha Fusion Dance)and Gokule (Goku and Hercule Potara's). Maybe it will also beinteresting to see Frieza go to his 5th form (the one Cooler is in it'stransformed state).
3. Adding Certain Characters (About it)
WhenI made the adding characters, I thought of having the"canon"-characters already in the game, and have the what-if charactersgranted as downloadable content. In that case, people can choose forthemselves if they want a canon-game of dbz-fighters, or a what-if gameof dbz-fighters.
4. Better Story
Sofar, the story-mode for this game was very good, it had a lot ofbattles involved in the anime, also certain important battles became2-parters (Radditz). Which was good, also nice to see that theyincluded some better "training" as expectations of the Saiyans. Butstill it's lacking. Some fights are left out (I blame it because thecharacter roster isn't big enough) and you miss them. Example of thisis the entire Super Buu fights which could easily be avoided.
5. Super/Ultimate Hit.
Thisis hard I understand, but in this case, some Supers as Kamehameha ifthey hit, are nothing really, typicly like the same result of a punch.I don´t agree with the topic starter that the moves should be bigger,it´s just the result should be a bigger explosion. Also, certain movesjust look WAAAAY ridicolously weak. Like the "Death Storm" of Frieza'ssecond form. Also I don't like the cutscene anymore, it was fun thefirst 2 times you seen it, after that it started to get annoying. Maybemake every move have a different cutscene going, or just remove thecutscenes all together.
6. Combo Abuse
Nowwe get to the technical part. I think that the combo system in RagingBlast is greatly improved in this section, but it still probablyrequires some work. For starters, I as a BT3-player before know thedevastation of combo's first hand. Most players throw combo's with easyabove the 50 hits, then the only reason it isn't continuing is becausethe leave you alone for 1 second. Then restarting the entire thing allover again. This is just annoying and a lot of people have longcombo's, but should they be this long? No, that's why I'm hoping to usethat chain-event as an advantage for countering this. Every move thattriggers a little stunning (XXY, XXXXY, XXXX<Y, XXXX>Y, XXXvYetc.) iniates such a chain, after depending on the character, you canonly get those chains a certain amount of time, let's say everyone hasa 10 second delay for the next chain. That means that you need to onlycombo for 30 seconds, or maybe 40 when you are really lucky. Also, thiscan be dependent on characters how much health, characters with lowhealth can get more chains then characters with high health.
6. Super/Ultimate Abuse
Thishappens in this game a lot, as with any other fighting game, and is areal nuisance, mostly in this game. Keep using the same super over andover again, maybe first do a little combo ending with a stun and thenuse it, ALL the time. This gets boring fast, what would be such a badidea to start making up a way to counter this? I say decrease theamount of damage the move does by 25% after every succesfull super. Amove who started out with 10000 damage, then does after 1 use 7500damage, then it does 5625 damage, and this keeps going on. This is ofcourse after every succesfull hit, but it certainly destroys the use ofspamming a little. Then we come with the defensive spams, such as"Afterimage Strike"/"Afterimage" and "Wild Sense". In BT3 we hadsomething to limit them, in this game the limit is set on the KI of thecharacter. But let's be honest, they are waaaaaaay to cheap to use.Somebody with Afterimage Strike is safe for far to long, and Afterimageand Wild Sense are just to easily used. I would like to start withAfterimage Strike, maybe to defeat it's use, you must be in HighTension to use it, this ends High Tension and drains your KI (and makesyou unable to charge), for the time this lasts, it's perfect defensefor EVERYTHING. Wild Sense does a counter attack, and is the mosteasiest of the 3 to counter, but that is for a player like ME though.Then there is Afterimage which does the same thing except theauto-attack, but I think it should give you the disadvantage of beingunable to charge while it's active. Also the cost should be enough toabout 51%. Making it unable to use Supers for you anyway when youactivated its effect. Maybe with Afterimage about 25% since I don'tmind a Super from somebody with Afterimage, but it should be enoughdisadvantage that he cannot charge.
8. Team Combination Moves
Maybethey are already in the game, but we just haven´t found them yet. A fewsuggestions though. Make them possible to use any time.
Anime Used:
Goten/Gohan:Bros Kamehameha = Already in the game and verified. When either of the2 in their Super Saiyan State is firing their ultimate. Except make thedamage pretty much a bit more, but not a kill-move.
+Goku (alreadydefeated): This move becomes a complete one hit killer. You could alsoinclude Goten's line: "I wish dad was still here". Makes the move"Triple Kamehameha"
+Trunks: When inside a clash, instead ofspinning the button, you can also iniates a cutscene where Trunks firesa blast at the opponent, letting you win the struggle regardless howgood the opponent faired in that struggle.
Goku (defeated)+Krillin: Fusion Spirit Bomb = Again, already in the game, just some pointers.
-KidGohan: Without Kid Gohan, this move becomes an ordinary Spirit Bomb,without the insane damage it does. Albeit a bit more powered up form.
+KidGohan: With Kid Gohan, this move becomes a OHKO when your opponentdodges the move, if it hits, it's still a normal Spirit Bomb. Albeit abit more powered up form.
Now we get to the ones I haven't found.
16(defeated)+Teen Gohan SSJ: Turns Teen Gohan into a Super Saiyan 2without the ability to revert back, however, his skills have beenincreased a little.
17+18: Both work together, this move canonly be used on a character with low health, and is their way offinishing an opponent off. Instant KO if it hits. Activated when 17 or18 uses it's Ultimate.
Kid Gohan + Krillin: Activated when KidGohan uses it's Ultimate, instead of doing it's ultimate, Krillinappears, kicking him in the same fashion as he did with Dodoria. Thenboth ascend, this makes the opponent a little weaker then he ordinarlyis, and Gohan is completely airborne still in High Tension who has beenrestored. Becaming a little more powerfull.
Chaitzu + Tien: WhenChaitzu dies, in a battle, Tien can automaticly take revenge and finishthe other fighter off in a OHKO. Completely undefendable, however, inthe process, Tien dies as well.
Ginyu Force (all 5 of them), ifyou use a pose with one of the Ginyu Force, each one of the memberswill show up as well and go into the pose as well. This increases thecharacters ability depending how many Ginyu Force members were stillalive.
Jeice + Burter 1: Purple Comet Attack, when either one of the 2 uses it's dash and it connects.
Jeice+ Burter 2: When Jeice's "Crusher Ball misses or is blocked ordeflected, and the move was with the boost, then Burter does a supriseattack on the opponent.
Other things will include what-if team combinations. Well, mostly what-ifs that didn't happen.
9. Stages/Moves
Manymore stages, we're missing Kami's Lookout, Hyperbolic Time Chamber,Space, Planet Vegeta and Hell. Just naming a few at the top of my mind.Also, a lot of moves still were missing, with the new equip-style,since I wrote a character FAQ about Kid Buu, I rewatched all hisbattles. First move I can suggest is him punching in the stomach, whichhe then grabs his hair/head and fires a blast close range to his head,sending him/her fighting, he used this against Vegeta. He also usedsome sort of move where he pulled out his arm, made it into a ball andfired it at Fat Buu as well. These are 2 moves at the tip of my tongue.
10. 2vs2 Same time
Yes, the one I would've liked to see most. Now thismay be dangerous to rush-moves and team-combination moves, so as aresult all team combination moves are removed in a same time battle.The rushes become more as if they are actually combo's as well. Now,you start out, let's say, 17 and 18 VS 19 and Dr. Gero. Both of everyfighter lost his lock on, the only way to start retraining it, is byopening up the lock-on-screen. This works similair like transformationsand switch-ins, except with a new screen. In it, both pick which theywant to fight, let's say 17 wants to fight Gero, while 18 wants tofight 19, and Gero wants to fight 18, and 19 wants to fight 17. Bothsearch for their opponent, and if they found him/her, they willlock-on, and the battle will continue as normal. However, with someinterruptions as the entire team is in danger. When a character dies,they see him lie down and are unable to anything. If you pick anothercharacter in that menu, you lose the lock-on you already had, and willbe searching for the other character in a similair fashion. People withScouter equipped, pick up characters faster, andriods become harder tofind. Certain other characters can become more difficult to find aswell (non-movable Kid Gohan and Krillin). Fight continues until 1 teamis left standing (or 1 person). This would make clan-battling alsopossible as well. However stages need to be increased.
11. (last one) Downloadable Limit
The last one, you can only fight with players whohave the same content as you have. For instance, if you have a SuperBuu (Vegito absorbed) in your team of 5, you cannot battle anyone whodoesn't have this character. Same thing that you cannot transform, butthen it will be mentioned:
"The following moves will be ignored because the opposing player haven't downloaded this:
* Move: Face Blaster (Kid Buu)
* Transformation: Super Buu (Vegito Absorbed)
Do you wish to accept? Y/N"
If you have characters chosen like this in the menu, then you just cannot encounter anybody who haven't got this character.
I think this game is awesome, and I was just busy cherry-picking, on what would make it BETTER.
