New "what-if" characters that make sense

Personally I didn't like ss3 vegeta or broly because those forms didn't make sense to me, but I like the idea of what-if characters. It would be a good way of adding new things to a show that's been done with for years.

Here are some of my ideas, some of which I've never seen anyone else suggest.

1) A fusion of Androids 19 and 20. It's not a potara or fusion dance type fusion, Gero just designed their parts to be compatable to meld together if for some reason they were not strong enough to defeat their enemies seperately....Or perhaps it's not so much a fusion as it is 19s parts mixing with Gero's body to make him stronger, since he would still want to be in control of himself.

2) A fusion of 17 and 18. Basically the same concept as 19 and 20.

3) Super Android 16. Just like how Android 13 absorbed 14 and 15, Android 16 absorbs 17 and 18's parts to become Super Android 16.

4) Super Saiyan Bardock. Lots of people want this and I think it makes a lot of sense. His power had gotten pretty large by the time he died(probably the strongest saiyan alive at the time), so he wasn't THAT far off. Perhaps the scenario could be that he didn't confront Frieza and escaped the planet instead. He gets stronger while Goku is growing up, perhaps we get some fights against Turles, Lord Slug, Ginyu Force, rematch with Dodoria, and then he finally goes Super Saiyan against Frieza or Cooler.

5) Buu with Super Vegito Absorbed. It very nearly happened and it would be really interesting to see his power. Only opponent I can think of for him to fight if that happened is Omega Shenron (perhaps he overuses the dragonballs wishing for candy lol), which would be a really good matchup.

6) 5th Form for Frieza. Somehow he reaches it the same as Cooler did.

Well that's all I can think of right now. What do you guys think about those or do you have any other ideas that aren't something like ss2 Radditz?

i would like to see them keep ssj3 vegeta so there can be a ssj3 gogeta.

I like the Cell Concept. It would be kind of odd mixing in with his Super Perfect Form though, I guess it would have to be a seperate character.

I'm not so big on all kinds of new ss3s though.

I would hate playing online if all those characters were in the next game, they might as well take out all the other characters who aren't saiyans because no one would use them(even more so than now).

While I'd love to see Nappa, Raditz, and Bardock (Even Turles maybe) Go super saiyan, I really don't think we need to make every saiyan Ssj4 (At least not all at once, maybe in the long run since I like the idea of new transformations) But What-If Fusions are a really interesting idea too.
Nappa + Vegita = ???

Fifth form for Frieza would be something, or even King Cold's base form, and his other transformations I think would be interesting to see.

But really, you're taking the time to write several LONG posts, could you please take the time to spell a little better, because honestly I have to guess a lot at what you're trying to say.

If everybody else simply wants new forms of super saiyan I don't even know why I bothered. I just want more diversity in the GAME. In the show of course I liked goku the best, but when playing the game I want some stronger enemies (such as what I listed) that have the abilities of androids or whatever, not just more saiyans.

And honestly I think all the saiyans getting more super saiyan forms is just stupid. What new moves will they get, "SUPER SUPER KAMEHAMEHA"? I do not give a crap about ss3 goten or ss4 broly.

Would be great if they made up entirely new moves for these Super Saiyans, but you are right saiyans aren't the only characters we should be looking at.

I'm just taking a guess but if King Cold is anything like Freeza it looks like he transformed once.
I'd like to know what made him need to use that transformation, or even what if he had transformed again while Future Trucks was toying with him.Â* Mecha Freiza too I think has some potential, swapping around his robotic parts I'm sure there's a lot that could be done with that.

But now that I think about, even more than new characters or transformations I think they need to add some new moves for the characters.

Like i said focusing on other races would be a good idea. Â*They have to realize that not everybody is a Saiyan fanatic and I'm a Goku fan.

If I had to pic 5 new characters for the series:

1)Tiencha

2)Fifth Form Frieza

3)Super Buu Vegito Absorbed

4)Gohan + Goku fusion

5)Piccolo + Krillin fusion(just for kicks plus Akira drew a possible fusion of the two once as a way to promote the fusion technique.)

I'm for new forms(no new super saiyan forms) and fusions and the possibilities are endless.

I was thinking of maybe an Evil Goku, who was never sent to earth, but rather was raised by the remaining Saiyan Survivors (Vegeta, Nappa, Radditz, etc) complete with his own What-If Story (Not just a single battle).

Aside from the whole What-If Character idea, why not have some What-If Super Attacks? Such as Vegeta learning Kamehameha or Gohan using Super Dragon Fist. I know that would be a treat for the fans.Â*Â*

I'm in favor of anything that makes sense and would bring some diversity to the game. As long as a fusion is reasonable and they can give it a little story then that's cool by me. I really don't want any more super saiyan 2s or higher added to the game though unless it's in the form of maybe teen Gotenks(we've got WAY too many already). New attacks are fine by me as wel, in fact they are essential for what-if characters, but first they need to get ALL the attacks from the show.

Vegeta in RB for example could have had the attack he killed Nappa with, the blast he used on Recome, Fireballs he threw at Goku, the attack that killed Zarbon, attack that killed Cui. Then also Goku could have a kamehameha that follows the opponent(used on Radditz), dr. Gero can have the move that punched through Yamcha...there's a lot of room for attacks and rushes that weren't included yet.

But back on topic, I just hope if they add any more what-if characters that they go in a different direction than simply adding more super saiyans. Basically a new character of any other race BUT saiyan so we can have some variety in gameplay.

Gohan: Elder Kai Unlock Ability, or Mystic Gohan. He has to be in the next one, because of his lack in this one, they had to skip his fight in the story mode, and Super Buu from normal is immiedietly Super Buu with Gohan,Gotenks,Picollo absorbed.

Hmm... the other idea, Freiza, this would be either a costume, or a another character, but Robo-Freiza. In the anime after gaining the robot parts, he was more powerful (but still Trunks sliced him up :P)

Trying to think about everyone here. Why not have a common fighter from some planets?

Not as multiple characters, but each costume would be another person(alien) but still the same moves.

For example Freiza's henchmen. Same, character, same moves, but different costumes so that they would look different(and here you could fight with 5-6 of them at once with Trunks(sword) but, what I mean you have to see in my other posts :P).

Same thing for saiyan fighters, and why not give in Bardock's friends there?




Of course what I'll get in reply will be something like"too much work" or "That would take AGES to make". But some of these don't have to be in it.

That's a pretty good idea, we could have some what-if absorptions.

1) Cell could absorb 19 and 20 and get their ability to absorb energy blasts.
2) Buu could absorb.....Janemba?

Budokai 2 had some awesome what-if absorptions, like Buu+Cell/Frieza/Vegeta/Piccolo. Not to mention the fusions, Tiencha and Gokule. This is where Spike needs to focus it's development on, creativity.

Personally...I would like them (like u said Weatherby) to add in the rest of the missing characters and to add in the rest of the existing characters attacks...and alts. Before adding in what if characters.

Honestly i think they are kinda missing a big opportunity to really make a good new storyline..not just a what if. But a story that's not just what if it happened BUT something that's actually is a real story and not made up characters and no real story.

Understand what i mean?Â* Like i done correctly they COULD give the other saiyans ss forms and address how they are stronger than normal super saiyans(perhaps ss2/3 strength?)...but the real cool part can be HOW...and who created them?

Also i think that next game they really need to add Kid uub/kid pan/ actually end dbz with the kid uub vs goku battle. And i think THEY might do it next game since the end of dbz goku outfit wasn't included. I would also like to see real new characters like a teen goten and even a teen trunks without the sword...

As for me, to get bigger sales, and better opinion, the game needs to work on showing the story of DBZ, not giving some characters like in the newest MUGEN or fan charcters in ESF.

As said @up more Burst Limit were sold than Raging Blast, and in my opinion, the Burst Limit, although with less characters and different fighting system, shows the DBZ story better.

With all the custscenes, it looks way better. In RB they'res a small number of them + the talking before and after the fight are worse made, they used only the in-game options to do that, in BL they went way further, which made it better.

Although some people will say about my idea for the multiplayer fighting which I wrote, I'll say:

lol okay I didn't think of it like that. How about it's more like 17 gets mostly destroyed and 18 absorbs his headchip(since we already have a super 17 i think 18 should be the one to add). I wouldn't be too against them adding new androids, but I would question how good they would look or how good their attacks would be since all the creativity would be given to the developers.

I like ur ideas pal. A frieza in the 5th form would be really cool and interesting...BUT the problem would be how strongÂ* would he be? The super saiyans already surpassed him.

He would have to appear around the time or before metal cooler. If anything I think it would be cool if we actually see both cooler and frieza and perhaps king cold together...

That would be something never seen.

As far as a ss bardock is concerned I like that idea. But here's the deal with what if stuff...

I want a more indepth story instead of one corny battle with stiff characters and text...dragonball multiverse proved that it's cool to have interesting ideas and possible outcomes but it's pointless if there's no real story behind it.

Like for ss3 broly and vegeta there wasn't much explanation on HOW they achieved ss3...like wth??? They just bam hit ss3?

I like what they tried to do with shin budokai 2...it was kind of cool(the story) but i think the developers and the actual creators can really offer more in terms of what if stories.

I like what they tried to do in budokai 3 with the different outcomes..although I would have liked them to have actual cutscenes to show it. Or even anime clips showing the what ifs. Showing them as game models imo doesn't really interest me...I'd rather see them in anime form first then shift to the game models.

Branching storylines are appealing to me...almost like that game called fable..or those star wars games.

Like what if i decided based on my choices as goku that I didn't want to be a hero? How would that effect the story?? What different choices would I make? How would that change goku's look? What would that mean for the earth?? Those different outcomes are in the dragonball multiverse manga and it's a treat to see them in anime form...

Perhaps the developers need to have morality and choices in the next games story mode???

Alot of the moves suggested for years were finally added into raging blast almost down to the last detail. Yes I agree Kbrooks, I would prefer if we have what if characters that they get sort of a mini saga devoted to them. I didn't play the psp games but from what I heard they had really good story modes. For 5th form Frieza I'm not really sure. Perhaps on Namek, Goku instead of finishing him with Angry Kamehameha, lets him live (or for some reason Frieza fled the fight and escaped). Then he can come back to earth, perhaps with Cooler and his father, and that's when we see his 5th form that Cooler taught him. As for how strong he would be, well I guess he would just be faster than 100% Frieza (who seemed slower than Final Form Frieza in RB) and he could have more powerful melee with new attacks. He wouldn't be too much stronger but him having another form with a new style and techniques would be coo.

But yeah if we get more what if characters I want them to have a mini-saga devoted to it and make us have to fight them with multiple characters and such.

We most certainly NEED a Super Saiyan Bardock. I would have thought him first in line on a What-If list. Bardock was at a 10,000 power Level when he died (which is OVER 9000 btw), so it stands to complete reason that he could have obtained the Super Saiyan form had he lived longer.

Besides, he just ROCKS. The did the Great Ape thing in BT3 which made absolute sense and was perfect; they seem to be going the same route with Super Saiyans (SS3 at least), so I would definitely expect SS Bardock.

Also, they should bring Fasha/ Seripa back. Only two female fighters in RB was really sad. T-T

SSj3 Gohan won't change the game, think about it...What moves would they give him that would be any different from his regular moves? it already happened to vegeta where his SSj3 form didn't have any "Oh my gosh" moves, he was just rendered a Gimmick. Having a SSJ3 teen gohan is kind of a waste since Spike has no imagination with movesets.

- why not think about the what-ifs you want BEFORE this turns into a AF game.

SSj3 Vegetto isn't that much needed, SSj4 broly? ssj3 was enough...

If everybody else simply wants new forms of super saiyan I don't even know why I bothered. I just want more diversity in the GAME. In the show of course I liked goku the best, but when playing the game I want some stronger enemies (such as what I listed) that have the abilities of androids or whatever, not just more saiyans.

And honestly I think all the saiyans getting more super saiyan forms is just stupid. What new moves will they get, "SUPER SUPER KAMEHAMEHA"? I do not give a crap about ss3 goten or ss4 broly.

There IS NO need for a SSJ4 Broly. SSJ3 Broly was enough and a waste of space where Ultimate gohan could have been. What If's should Build on characters that COULD have had that form. WHAT IF'S should be Logical and not contradicting the show.
SSj4 gohan and future trunks just CAN'T happen and would be a BAD and pointless addition.

My only problems with the what ifs as I said, Spike isn't Imaginative at all with the attacks, therefore not effecting the game at all. I could have lived without SSj3 Vegeta and Broly. They were a real waste.


Here is where Spike could have been creative, It's annoying how much vegeta's Moves are repeated SO much through out his forms (except scouter) Every Big bang looks overall the same, they could give vegeta the ground Big bang used on Meta cooler which destroyed him where he says "you will not make a fool of me!" or something.

MY problem is why couldn't they do things like give vegeta the big bang attack from Budokai 3 and call it super?

I was hopping Super sayian 3 Broly's moves were going to be a fixed version of Nightmare Broly's From Mugen. What's so special about a "double Eraser cannon"?

Personally I didn't like ss3 vegeta or broly because those forms didn't make sense to me, but I like the idea of what-if characters. It would be a good way of adding new things to a show that's been done with for years.

I Agree, what-ifs should be more creative but Logical, something that COULD have or SHOULD have happened but didn't. Now What RB failed to do but Tenkaichi 2 did, was Give Mini sagas as you said, There was NO explanation to ssj3 Vegeta and LESS for Broly. In SSj3 broly's fight he appears "Broly you're a super sayian 3 as well" and that all....Fail... Why didn't they make up a situation like they did with RAditz and Zarbon's what-if? there was no reason for him being there at all.

Here are some of my ideas, some of which I've never seen anyone else suggest.

1) A fusion of Androids 19 and 20. It's not a potara or fusion dance type fusion, Gero just designed their parts to be compatible to meld together if for some reason they were not strong enough to defeat their enemies separately....Or perhaps it's not so much a fusion as it is 19s parts mixing with Gero's body to make him stronger, since he would still want to be in control of himself.

2) A fusion of 17 and 18. Basically the same concept as 19 and 20.

I'd like to see it, The thing is gender wise, the outcome would either Be male with a more feminine attitude (not gay those just more feminine) OR A female outcome with a more male attitude almost tomboy like. The fusion can just be like 1 of the androids takes the others power for a new form rather then a full fusion.


3) Super Android 16. Just like how Android 13 absorbed 14 and 15, Android 16 absorbs 17 and 18's parts to become Super Android 16.

4) Super Saiyan Bardock. Lots of people want this and I think it makes a lot of sense. His power had gotten pretty large by the time he died(probably the strongest saiyan alive at the time), so he wasn't THAT far off. Perhaps the scenario could be that he didn't confront Frieza and escaped the planet instead. He gets stronger while Goku is growing up, perhaps we get some fights against Turles, Lord Slug, Ginyu Force, rematch with Dodoria, and then he finally goes Super Saiyan against Frieza or Cooler.

Bardock has the requirements, As goku said "Use the pain of loss.." "It comes from a Need not a desire" The only thing that might make him not what we want is that Spike would probably Not give him any Original or creative moves...If he had the Rush from Budokai 3 with the Blue Fist (make it yellow) then that would be a sweet ultimate. " Borgos, Fasha, Shugesh, Tora...All your abilities...LETS FINISHÂ* THIS!!! (Oozaru Roar!!!)"

5) Buu with Super Vegito Absorbed. It very nearly happened and it would be really interesting to see his power. Only opponent I can think of for him to fight if that happened is Omega Shenron (perhaps he overuses the dragonballs wishing for candy lol), which would be a really good match up.

That would be funny and epic "I am SUPER Buu...Buu want CANDY"

6) 5th Form for Frieza. Somehow he reaches it the same as Cooler did.

"Deep in space in a belt of asteroids Frieza lies to waste with nothing but humiliation lost in thought "


Frieza:" Stupid sayian..." (flash back) Goku: I leave you here to live out a lonely miserable life...goodbye Frieza, for your sake I hope we NEVER meet again..."

SSJ2 RAditz? nah,, I'm tired of Random SSJ ascensions and I'm tired of characters getting what if's who don't need it.Â* NO SSJ4 Broly, NO ssj3 Teen gohan etc.. especially the SSJ3 thing is losing it's uniqueness. Super sayian lost all meaning after the cell saga and now SSJ3 will feel the same now. Not EVERYONE should have it. The day I want that to happen is the day I wan to See a SSJ4 Zarbon.

i know that im new to all this for forgive if i repost something someone has already said, but i do agree, the whole overpowering super saiyans is redundant, although a concept of ssj3 teen gohan would be awesome, it just wouldnt make too much sense, although the way you portrayed it does sound intriguing and highly possible, it would require a lot of backing for the what-if style of the story perhaps even the multiverse aspect, but again his moves would have to be really something for me to actually use him as i was contempt with ssj2 gohan.

Anywho on to my personal pov its not so much a what if story but more of a continuation perhaps bring back the gt story line, but for online use dont allow spammers to use gt characters against Z characters as thats beyond unfair imagine kid gohan vs ssj4 gogeta? its daft.

I read online that akira toriyama possibly continued GT into a part 2, now i dont care if this is true or not, but for a what if scenario how about the fuzen (evil) goku saga, i know he turns ssj5 which again af have decided to make a mess of, if there is to be a what-if ssj5 mabye go with the design as portayed in the discussions on other forums describing what he looks like, im not sure on the entire story, but if this isnt owned by akira toryama then spike can acquire it and make it however they see fit as a possible story, and even if it is he hasnt released it mon a huge scale as described in these posts ive read.

I do agree that AF sucks, the stories make no sense, theres mention of characters that are rumoured to never appear, and plots involving ssj9 where the power is so awesome it could collapse the universe??? its just plain daft.

but im loving a lot of the things you guys are posting, the problem with cell absorbing gohan, or perhaps even GT goku is that in the show it make no physical change to him so it wouldnt be a new character, just an over-powered cell with a new moveset... which im sure they did that by making him super perfect as opposed to standard perfection.

although if im remembering rightly what i read about the fuzen goku saga, i believe it mentions vegeta reaching ssj5 to beat him, but i dont think this would be necessary, perhaps to defeat him goku jr and vegeta jr fight him, after theyre being totally owned he takes them to other world using instant transmission (i havent figured out a reason why, im not too good at developing whys in a plot sorry guys) and all the z fighters transfer their power to either vegeta jr or goku jr giving them the power to defeat him like what the z fighters did to give goku the power to defeat broly for the first time.

and if the creators want you to just feel overpowered they allow you to control fuzen goku for the last part of the story for a what if ending, where the evil goku destroys everything, kinda like some of the tekken endings where jin would take to ending the world etc.

i thought ssj3 broly was un-needed as the story behing the Lssj is that his power was meant to be limitless, so allowing you take that further was stupid and a waste of a character plot.

ssj3 vegeta was funny though although his moveset should have been pure awesome like what ssj3 gokus went to.

also as another idea, goku at the end of gt went to train with the dragon, why not include some epic battles for his training, this does not have to end in the ssj5 fuzen goku saga, the two are unrelated as you see goku leave with shenron to train, and the fuzen goku saga could be the work of a depraved mind who just couldnt let go of the franchise.

To me SS3 Vegeta made a lot of sense to me...throughout the whole series of DBZ Vegeta has remained in Goku's shadows when it came to being the strongest Saiyan...Look at Goten and Trunks...neither one could go SS3 individually, but as Gotenks they achieved it with ease...SS3 Gotenks struggled in his fight against Super Buu...SS2 Vegeta could at least hold out somewhat against Kid Buu...meaning SS2 Vegeta is way stronger than SS3 Gotenks and therefor it would make sense that Vegeta should also be able to achieve SS3.

Now Broly, his power speaks him...Broly is the most powerful Saiyan that ever lived...SS Broly is already stronger than SS Goku...Even RSS Broly is Stronger than SS Goku...And LSS Broly Is Far Stronger...What made no sense at all was that Goku was able to defeat him with the little energy he got from the others...and Goku got that power when Vegeta finally lend him his remaining energy which means that Vegeta more than enough potential to become a SS3

That's why I think SS3 Vegeta and LSS3 Broly make sense for what-if characters.

For what-if stories I have a few in mind:

1) Fight For The Throne: This battle features a fight where Vegeta challenges his father King Vegeta for the throne. Here Frieza hadn't destroyed Planet Vegeta and kept the Saiyans under his rule. King Vegeta accepts the challenge but warns Vegeta that if he loses, he will be banished from planet Vegeta. 3/4 the fight in King Vegeta realizes that Vegeta might be the Super Saiyan of Legend and decides to transform into a Great Ape to end the battle quickly. After he transforms Vegeta also decides to transform to make the fight equal. The Battle presses onward, almost at the end of his ropes King Vegeta tries one last attempt to defeat Vegeta by firing a Chou Makouhou and Vegeta counters it with his own. This battle has 2 alternate endings. If King Vegeta wins he goes back on banishing Vegeta but instead let's him stay but puts him under surveillance to make sure he doesn't surpass him. If Vegeta wins he takes the thrown as agreed and mocks his father for not being fit to be King of the Saiyans.

2) The Hero Of Justice Returns: This battle features GT Goten and Trunks fusing into Gotenks. With their new combined strength and power. He challenges Gohan, Vegeta and Goku to a fight to see who is the strongest. He starts off with Gohan both in their base form, as the battle progresses Gohan powers up to SS to have a more fighting chance against Gotenks. The battle continues but Gotenks is still dominating, in a desperate attempt Gohan a powerful Flashing Kamehameha(used against Buu when Buu was still inside his egg) and Gotenks counters with his Big Tree Cannon and defeats Gohan. Next up Vegeta comes into the ring, Vegeta proves to be more than a match for Gotenks and Gotenks decides to transform into his SS form and so does Vegeta. halfway through Gotenks get an edge on Vegeta and starts to dominate. Vegeta, who doesn't like to be equal, transforms into SS2 and regains control over the battle. Afterwards catches Vegeta with a Galactic Donut Volley and uses a Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack to damage Vegeta. Vegeta appears from smoke with a bleeding arm. In his final act he charges up a powerful Final Shine Attack and Gotenks prepares a Victory Cannon(Revenge Cannon = Gotenks' mouth energy wave) and wins the beam struggle. All tired out Goku comes and gives Gotenks a Senzu Bean te recover his strength for an all-out match. They waste no time and go directly to SS3. The fierce battle begins between the 2 as they deal blow after blow neither one showing any signs of openings. Somewhere during the fight Gotenks traps Goku in a energy sphere made out of the Galactic Donuts and goes for the smash. Before he could finish Goku breaks free with a Super Explosive Wave damaging Gotenks. With seconds away before the fusion ends both warriors muster up their last bits of energy for a final attack. Goku charges up for a Super Kamehameha and Gotenks powers up for his new technique, a combination of Trunks' Buster Cannon and Gotenks' Super Kamehameha, known as the Buster Kamehameha. They release their beams and the struggle commences neither one giving in. At the last moment Gotenks whatever strength he had left and pores it into his attack and wins the struggle. The battle ends and Gotenks falls the ground out of fatigue and defuses back into Goten and Trunks.

3) I'm A Warrior Too: This battle features Pan, Bulla and Marron trying to prove that they too can take part in the fights their parents do. Pan is constantly frustrated because she's always placed aside when it comes to big battles. So she aims to prove to them all that she too is strong enough to partake in such fights. Bulla who feels thatlet out because everyone else fights decided to join Pan and trains with Pan to get stronger. Not that far from where they are Krillin's Daughter Marron hears of their plan and wishes to join because she wants to be the same as her mother #18. Months later the 3 return stronger than before and they challenge 3 of the Z-Fighters. Marron faces of against Majuub, Bulla faces off against Trunks and Pan faces off against Goten. The battle begins with Marron and Majuub dealing each other punches and kicks but all being easily blocked. Majuub is going easy against Marron so he doesn't hurt her. Marron notices this and becomes mad and fires a barrage of energy blast(Infinity Bullet) at Majuub, but Majuub deflects them all. The blast were only a distraction so Marron could get above Majuub and come down with a heel kick on Majuub's shoulder, dislocating it as well. Now with only one arm Majuub gets a little serious and starts to dominate the fight. End he ends the fight by delivering a chop to Marron's neck knocking her out. The Trunks and Bulla step in. They immediately start with a beam struggle of Full Power Energy Wave and that ends in a draw. Halfway through Trunks get a little more serious because is proving to be quite a fighter. The battle keeps dragging out and they decide to finish things up with a final attack. Trunks prepares his Flash Bang(He used this to destroy Muchi Muchi) and Bulla uses her newly developed technique the Glamour Wave(What?! She likes fashion) and Trunks wins the struggle. The explosion knocks Bulla out for awhile. Finally Pan gets her shot at fighting. Same as Trunks and Bulla, Pan and Goten start of with a beam struggle. But this is a Kamehameha struggle, with it ending in a draw. As the battle progresses Pan gets more and more angry and unleashes more violent assaults on Goten and Goten has a hard time evading them all. The Goten gets a little more serious and blocks all of Pans attacks and grabs Pan by the leg and throws her across the arena. Goten charges up for a Super Kamehameha and Pan charges up her Maiden's Burst(the energy wave that's used in her Maiden's Rage in Budokai Tenkaichi 3) and they release their attacks in a final struggle. Goten in the end wins the struggle. The scene then takes place where the 3 boys acknowledge the girls for giving them such a great fight and tells them to keep it up.

From what I read, Cooler being Xicor's father and East Kai being the mom is complete crap.
- Goku being FULLY seduced into having ANOTHER son is also more crap.
- Xicor being Born a SSj5 is just too much. I would have been fine with him being an unbelievably strong SSj3 but 5?

I just feel he shouldn't be able to go that far. Full saiyans and half sayians both have individual Limits. It makes more sense that Full sayians can go as far as they want and Half sayians can only go as far as a SSJ2 since they only Have HALF the potential

There is one thing though that contradicts your statement of Hlaf-Saiyans only able to go to SS2...that would be that Gotenks went SS3 and he is a Half-Saiyan...and it's not true that Half-Saiyan have half the potential...Gohan as a kid had a very high power level in comparison to Goku when he was a kid...and Gohan didn't have training back then...I'm not trying to bring down your statement or anything like that.

There is one thing though that contradicts your statement of Hlaf-Saiyans only able to go to SS2...that would be that Gotenks went SS3 and he is a Half-Saiyan...and it's not true that Half-Saiyan have half the potential...Gohan as a kid had a very high power level in comparison to Goku when he was a kid...and Gohan didn't have training back then...I'm not trying to bring down your statement or anything like that.



Gohan had so much power because half sayians develop earlier then the full.

Gotenks had More power then just an average half sayian it's like half a glass a water mixed with another half a glass of water.

- I read these facts some where. DBZ facts aren't set in stone apparently.

"Half-Saiyan have half the potential" was my view on how it would be like in the sayian number line, not necessarily the powers. like comparing the modern wolves with the ice age Dire wolves that were much bigger and much more powerful. Wolves of today have that strength and skill but their ancestors have the FULL strength coincidence or not the half sayians don't thirst for combat.

This may not be true or I might not be able to explain it, but that what how I viewed it.

Also the fact that the more the sayians are mixed with humans, less potential they would have (my view on Pan) Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. was an obvious mistake which I don't count as part of the chain.

AndÂ* I read that SSj4 is the Final form of the sayian itself. Being one with themselves or as the Oozaru's signature power in a controlled human form.




But that's based off how I interpreted it.

To me SS3 Vegeta made a lot of sense to me...throughout the whole series of DBZ Vegeta has remained in Goku's shadows when it came to being the strongest Saiyan...Look at Goten and Trunks...neither one could go SS3 individually, but as Gotenks they achieved it with ease...SS3 Gotenks struggled in his fight against Super Buu...SS2 Vegeta could at least hold out somewhat against Kid Buu...meaning SS2 Vegeta is way stronger than SS3 Gotenks and therefor it would make sense that Vegeta should also be able to achieve SS3.

Now Broly, his power speaks him...Broly is the most powerful Saiyan that ever lived...SS Broly is already stronger than SS Goku...Even RSS Broly is Stronger than SS Goku...And LSS Broly Is Far Stronger...What made no sense at all was that Goku was able to defeat him with the little energy he got from the others...and Goku got that power when Vegeta finally lend him his remaining energy which means that Vegeta more than enough potential to become a SS3

That's why I think SS3 Vegeta and LSS3 Broly make sense for what-if characters.

For what-if stories I have a few in mind:

1) Fight For The Throne: This battle features a fight where Vegeta challenges his father King Vegeta for the throne. Here Frieza hadn't destroyed Planet Vegeta and kept the Saiyans under his rule. King Vegeta accepts the challenge but warns Vegeta that if he loses, he will be banished from planet Vegeta. 3/4 the fight in King Vegeta realizes that Vegeta might be the Super Saiyan of Legend and decides to transform into a Great Ape to end the battle quickly. After he transforms Vegeta also decides to transform to make the fight equal. The Battle presses onward, almost at the end of his ropes King Vegeta tries one last attempt to defeat Vegeta by firing a Chou Makouhou and Vegeta counters it with his own. This battle has 2 alternate endings. If King Vegeta wins he goes back on banishing Vegeta but instead let's him stay but puts him under surveillance to make sure he doesn't surpass him. If Vegeta wins he takes the thrown as agreed and mocks his father for not being fit to be King of the Saiyans.

2) The Hero Of Justice Returns: This battle features GT Goten and Trunks fusing into Gotenks. With their new combined strength and power. He challenges Gohan, Vegeta and Goku to a fight to see who is the strongest. He starts off with Gohan both in their base form, as the battle progresses Gohan powers up to SS to have a more fighting chance against Gotenks. The battle continues but Gotenks is still dominating, in a desperate attempt Gohan a powerful Flashing Kamehameha(used against Buu when Buu was still inside his egg) and Gotenks counters with his Big Tree Cannon and defeats Gohan. Next up Vegeta comes into the ring, Vegeta proves to be more than a match for Gotenks and Gotenks decides to transform into his SS form and so does Vegeta. halfway through Gotenks get an edge on Vegeta and starts to dominate. Vegeta, who doesn't like to be equal, transforms into SS2 and regains control over the battle. Afterwards catches Vegeta with a Galactic Donut Volley and uses a Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack to damage Vegeta. Vegeta appears from smoke with a bleeding arm. In his final act he charges up a powerful Final Shine Attack and Gotenks prepares a Victory Cannon(Revenge Cannon = Gotenks' mouth energy wave) and wins the beam struggle. All tired out Goku comes and gives Gotenks a Senzu Bean te recover his strength for an all-out match. They waste no time and go directly to SS3. The fierce battle begins between the 2 as they deal blow after blow neither one showing any signs of openings. Somewhere during the fight Gotenks traps Goku in a energy sphere made out of the Galactic Donuts and goes for the smash. Before he could finish Goku breaks free with a Super Explosive Wave damaging Gotenks. With seconds away before the fusion ends both warriors muster up their last bits of energy for a final attack. Goku charges up for a Super Kamehameha and Gotenks powers up for his new technique, a combination of Trunks' Buster Cannon and Gotenks' Super Kamehameha, known as the Buster Kamehameha. They release their beams and the struggle commences neither one giving in. At the last moment Gotenks whatever strength he had left and pores it into his attack and wins the struggle. The battle ends and Gotenks falls the ground out of fatigue and defuses back into Goten and Trunks.

3) I'm A Warrior Too: This battle features Pan, Bulla and Marron trying to prove that they too can take part in the fights their parents do. Pan is constantly frustrated because she's always placed aside when it comes to big battles. So she aims to prove to them all that she too is strong enough to partake in such fights. Bulla who feels thatlet out because everyone else fights decided to join Pan and trains with Pan to get stronger. Not that far from where they are Krillin's Daughter Marron hears of their plan and wishes to join because she wants to be the same as her mother #18. Months later the 3 return stronger than before and they challenge 3 of the Z-Fighters. Marron faces of against Majuub, Bulla faces off against Trunks and Pan faces off against Goten. The battle begins with Marron and Majuub dealing each other punches and kicks but all being easily blocked. Majuub is going easy against Marron so he doesn't hurt her. Marron notices this and becomes mad and fires a barrage of energy blast(Infinity Bullet) at Majuub, but Majuub deflects them all. The blast were only a distraction so Marron could get above Majuub and come down with a heel kick on Majuub's shoulder, dislocating it as well. Now with only one arm Majuub gets a little serious and starts to dominate the fight. End he ends the fight by delivering a chop to Marron's neck knocking her out. The Trunks and Bulla step in. They immediately start with a beam struggle of Full Power Energy Wave and that ends in a draw. Halfway through Trunks get a little more serious because is proving to be quite a fighter. The battle keeps dragging out and they decide to finish things up with a final attack. Trunks prepares his Flash Bang(He used this to destroy Muchi Muchi) and Bulla uses her newly developed technique the Glamour Wave(What?! She likes fashion) and Trunks wins the struggle. The explosion knocks Bulla out for awhile. Finally Pan gets her shot at fighting. Same as Trunks and Bulla, Pan and Goten start of with a beam struggle. But this is a Kamehameha struggle, with it ending in a draw. As the battle progresses Pan gets more and more angry and unleashes more violent assaults on Goten and Goten has a hard time evading them all. The Goten gets a little more serious and blocks all of Pans attacks and grabs Pan by the leg and throws her across the arena. Goten charges up for a Super Kamehameha and Pan charges up her Maiden's Burst(the energy wave that's used in her Maiden's Rage in Budokai Tenkaichi 3) and they release their attacks in a final struggle. Goten in the end wins the struggle. The scene then takes place where the 3 boys acknowledge the girls for giving them such a great fight and tells them to keep it up.

He heads for the nearest one and encounters Goten. He challenges Goten to a fight but Goten refuses at first and notices that Bardock looks a lot like his father Goku. To provoke him, Bardock raises his power very high and Goten senses that he is a potential threat, transforms into a SS and accepts Bardock's challenge. Seeing this Bardock then comments Goten that he is a Saiyan like himself and surprises him by transforming as well into a SS. The battle begins with Goten and Bardock delivering blow to blow. Halfway through the fight exchange words, Goten asks Bardock who he is and how come he looks so much like his father. Upon this Bardock realizes that Goten must be Kakarot's son and decides to fight a bit more seriously against his grandson. Goten tries to finish the fight by using his ultimate move the Sonic Overdrive(the huge energy blast he used against Baby), but Bardock evades and uses his rush the Saiyan SpiritFist(his rush in Budokai series).Bardock wins the fight and tells Goten that he is his grandfather and then he flies off. Next up Bardock encounters Gohan and challenges him. Gohan had felt a high power earlier and also sensed that Goten's power has dropped almost completely. Gohan wastes no time and transforms into a Super Saiyan. Gohan also notices that Bardock looks the same as Goku and just like Goten asks him who he is and why he looks like his father. Bardock a bit surprised to find out Kakarot had 2 SS sons. He also senses that Gohan is stronger than Goten and gets a bit more serious. The battle drags out for quite some time. Gohan is starting feel the exhaustion decided to try to end this battle. He charges up for a Flashing Kamehameha and Bardock prepares a new technique he developed on the unknown planet, the Bluster Shell. The struggle begins and for the most part it seems about equal but then Bardock raises his power just a little more and begins to push back Gohan's attack. Gohan can't hold on anymore and let's go and gets hit. Bardock comments to Gohan that he is very strong and he enjoyed the fight much like he enjoyed his fight with Goten. He also tells Gohan who he is and flies off to fight Kakarot. Upon arrival he encounters Goku(still big, before he was turned into a child) but Bardock can barely stand up. He's exhausted from the previous fights and Goku gives him a Senzu Bean to recover. Bardock with his energy fully replenished challenges Goku to an all-out battle. Before Goku accepts he asks Bardock why he looks exactly like him. Bardock makes a bet with Goku that if Goku wins the fight then he'll tell him everything. Goku then accepts and they both power up to SS and get into battle position. The start the fight with a little warm-up and as the fight progresses they get more and more serious with neither one leaving any openings. Bardock decided to at least tell Goku his name, so Goku would know the name of his victor. The fight progresses and things get more and more intense. As the field clears up Bardock and Goku are still standing eager to go on until the other falls. Seeing that his opponent is very powerful Goku decides to step up his game and transforms into a SS2. Bardock surprised by this realizes that he doesn't stand a chance against his son and declares his defeat. As promised he tells Goku everything about himself and their relation they share. Goten and Gohan arrive at the seen to see their father and Bardock shaking hands and Goku calls them over to meet their grandfather. After their reunion Bardock decides to go back to the planet he came from but tells Goku that he'll continue to train extremely hard so one day they can have a rematch.

I think this would be a very nice alternate costume for Bardock. I mean his been living on another planet. There were other life-forms their and they probably made an alternate clothes for him to wear...and these also stretch out like the Saiyan armor for when he transforms into a Great Ape...I think the story I wrote up there should be cut in 3 pieces, it should be a mini saga in the what-if.

People think he can Beat Kid buu (no he can't Broly isn't as strong as a SSj3 by far, his SSj3 form in Raging Blast was a pointless gimmick for fan fags to buy the game, he had NO real addition that the regular Broly couldn't.) Double eraser cannon? WTF?


The first time I saw SSJ3 Broly in RB1 made me *ROTFLMAO* (seriously) I liked the one in Battlers better. Then one in RB1 looks UGLY! His hair looked likeÂ*a green hedgehog was on top.

the Raging Blast Models of them are REALLY Ugly especially SSj3 Vegeta he looks like Sonic the Hedgehog.

Broly is just overrated, I never want to see anymore what-if's with that waste of memory.


The regular Broly isn't overrated, SSJ3 Broly is!
I know, NO super sayian 4 broly NO! I wish they'd at least give him, Nightmare Broly's Moveset, But change the attack performance.

His what-if story didn't Explain Jack, he magically appeared and Vegeta beats him, Goku comes in as if he was never even there.


I know, right? *blech* I really hope they get rid of SSJ3 Broly and keep SSJ3 Vegeta.

They REALLY need to change his model. I was hoping that he'd be as Buff as Super Vegeta, currently vegeta SSj3 looks WAY too skinny for his hair. And the hair needs to be deeper detailed and spike outward more, currently he looks like he's wearing a jester hat, it's to loose.
