First of all, the additions of the "what-if" transformations are truly an epic idea.. but that's just it.. they should be transformations. Period. They should be kept, however. Vegeta and Broly both should be able to transform into their new forums if the game makers decide to make a Raging Blast 2.
With that being said, we've been playing as Raditz, Nappa, and Bardock for YEARS... but the best we've gotten are what-if transformations into Oozarou, which, I'm sorry, but shouldn't even be concidered "what-if's", because we all know that all Saiya-jin with tail can do this transformation.
But not all Saiya-jins can go super. I'm sure you can see where I'm going with this, but bear with me - this idea is a bit different than what you are used to.
Raging Blast 2, if made, should be a refreshing change of pase than the DBZ we know and love. Yes, I hate the idea of AF as well, but playing as the same ol' guys over and over again in every new game? It needs a change. Now, I'll say it straight up. Raditz, Nappa, and Bardock... all deserve a Super Saiya-jin transformation. True, it may not be logical to the show, but how logical is a SSJ3 Broly anyway? Who knows, could be a senario where they are training in hell all this time. Could be that Bardock was greeted by Zarbon, nearly killed again, and this time is zenkai is strong enough to reach his transformation and he defeats Freeza. (regardless of the fact that his powerlevel is far from the millions - it's video game filler who cares.)
Now, here's where we get interesting. Okay, they're Super Saiya-jin now. So what? Well, I figure, that in this game we could bring back Oozarou form (just get the size right this time for God sake!). Add the moon to certian levels. Maybe something like, the moon only appears when you both charge up and the sky darkens? THEN.. say, Raditz for example, can be given a transformation option (much like Vegeta). Either Oozaru, or Super Saiy-jin.. BUT WAIT, DER'S MOAR!! If you select Super Saiya-jin, well, you still have the tail, right? And there's still the moon, RIGHT? Exactly. Raditz can STILL look at the moon, but only this time...

This new Golden Oozaru can be now achieved by SSJ Raditz, SSJ Bardock, and SSJ Vegeta. Perhaps even Turles if he is in the new game. Fasha too? Well, maybe but I think that would be over-kill.
So, do you guys have any thoughts on this? Maybe if this game doesn't have GT at all in it, we can STILL have access to a GOLDEN OOZARU, which, by the way, we've never really gotten to play as other than that horrid Golden Oozaru Bebi Vegeta... which, was lame.
